I object to the 205 homes being built the dust, noise and commotion will greatly affect my mother-in-law whose property is in Castleford avenue and her garden backs on to the STC proposed site. She has dementia and this will cause her great distress.
The infrastructure that we have is already under great stain and have all these extra people to care for will put the infrastructure under even greater strain with more school places needed, Drs appointments will be even harder to get.
The STC is used by so many in the community we will lose this space for clubs playing football and sports and so many other things that people use it for. New Eltham will never be the same lovely village and atmosphere that it has. PLEASE DO NOT SPOIL THE VILLAGE.
