I am looking to buy in Bjanmetle backing onto the beautiful playing field.
I have lived around New Eltham for over 30 years and have seen numerous developments such as the Gaelic sports field, the site opposite the CIU in Avery Hill, the Co-Op site. Each having a effect on school places, availability of Doctor appointments and overcrowding during rush hour at New Eltham station.
This development would not only remove a well used sports/social facility but negatively effect the lives and property values of all those that back onto the field.
This gas been attempted before and refused and nothing has changed.
