This is not okay, a sports ground used every week for football games, bringing the community together, allowing people to have fun, exercise, and encourage grass roots football. To demolish this and put up flats makes no sense. There are not enough doctors, dentists, or traffic management to accommodate this. There are already such long queues at the cross roads by the train station that adding another 250 homes would be carnage. The trains going into london are also completely packed for all rush hour services, from as early as 6am, again, another piece of infrastructure that cannot accommodate more buildings.
