This proposed development would remove a well used open land facility. Building there would put excessive pressure on the already stressed water and sewage systems. It would add more traffic and pollution to a busy through route.
Creating an exit onto Green Lane would add to the traffic jams that regularly occur on that road.
Local doctors are already at full stretch.
