I object THE 205-HOME DEVELOPMENT ON STC SPORTS GROUND. This will heavily impact local residence, existing nature, our local bird sanctuary. The increase of heavy vehicles will impact noise, dust, dirt onto the road, damage to local roads annd weaking of railway bridge on green lane. Other concerns is increase of existing traffic along green lane for residence traveling to work and entering and existing their homes. Residents garden backing onto the sites will have a heavy impact of noise and dust affecting health issues and elders to be able o enjoy their garden space with continuous increase of dust construction dust material particles.
Similar proposal have also been rejected in the recent months.
