I strongly oppose to the proposed development by Sigma. This will be an overdevelopment of New Eltham where roads and services are congested and stretched. Poor upkeep is already a problem.
This will destroy valuable green space so necessary for health and well being. This vital sports /community green land should be kept as such. A sports facility created elsewhere doesn't benefit New Eltham.
The construction and build of this huge estate will severely impact all local residents for many months or years.
