My biggest concern is the impact on local infrastructure. Schools are already full, roads are busy all the time and are in a poor condition which will only get worse with the increase in vehicle traffic not to mention plant accessing the site. There have been multiple burst pipes over recent years indicating that the ageing water supply network is already under strain. It is almost impossible to get access to a GP now so who knows what might happen with 300 properties worth of new residents. It is criminal to think that this project can possibly go ahead given the protected nature of the current site.
