After attending the community consultation on 19/5/25 I never heard 1 positive comment from the ‘sales’ team as to what would New Eltham benefit from this new development ???
1.There is not a doctors surgery on site!
2.There is not a dentist on site!
3. There is not a school on site!
4. Houses are only it to have 1 parking space!! So they will park in the roads!!
5.Apartments 3 or 4 stories high will only have 1/4 of a space!! So they will park on the roads!!
6. So guess what our over subscribed doctors dentists schools, not possible to squeeze in another 200plus people.
7. No explanation as to what..£4m leisure and recreation improvements meant?? Anyone got a clue?
8. And finally NO NO NO NO!
