i object to the development of STC land. the loss of green space amenity & the detrimental impact it will have in overburdening of current amenities in this area. I do not believe the local infrastructure can / will support the needs of increasing resident numbers. water services are an ongoing problem. traffic and parking will be negatively impacted. it’s almost impossible now to see a doctor. local schools are oversubscribed, the list goes on. i expect there’s also protected wildlife species on the land.
