Strongly against the development being considered on the STC Ground.
Volume of traffic will increase.
Noise and No privacy in back gardens.
Disruption noise and dust generated by building works for years affecting existing house owners.
Property will decline in price.
Will cause more congestion with traffic which we already have with the school at the end of the road mums dropping kids off to school.
So where is the clean air which Greenwich are trying to promote building houses in a confined area. It will generate more traffic which will cause more pollution for the exiting houses in our area.
