I oppose the proposed 205-home development at STC Sports Club. This land is a Green Space and forms part of the Green Chain — a protected space that plays a vital role in our community’s health, environment, and identity.
Our property backs onto the STC Sports club and the plan will destroy mature trees, increase congestion, and create years of disruptive construction the other side of our fence.. Our local infrastructure — schools, GPs, roads — is already under pressure. Adding hundreds of residents without proper upgrades will only make things worse.
