I object to this proposal. This area is as nice as it because of its green areas and developers want ruin by building and over populating - we have already had the linden homes build in recent times adding to the strain on services and facilities. The STC is also green space for the children at Wyborne school use. Not to mention the already strained public services - Thames water already digging the road up every other week causing chaos to the area, doctors, dentists, schools and of course the rail services that are already full to capacity with the pending addition of the new homes being built on the coop site! Green Lane is already a very busy road - crossing with children is already challenging when getting to school. Traffic measures are already being put in place over the bridge and yet this developer wants to put the access road for over 200 homes on to this road without a thought or care for any residents. It will be unsafe! Where will all of the residents park as there will only be 97 parking spaces? The place where the existing residents have to park no doubt. Developers are meant to be building on brown land not the beautiful green land that makes this area special. Also how will the build affect the children at Wyborne school? Disruption, dirt, dust and pollution. Not to mention removing a green space for them to use!
