My objection to the proposal is that this area has been designated as Metropolitan Open Land (MOL)
and clearly meets the criteria! It contributes to the physical structure of London by being clearly distinguishable from the built up area and it includes open air facilities, especially for leisure, recreation and sport activities, which serve significant parts of London. The sports ground is used extensively year round and development will have an adverse affect on the openness of the land. The strongest protection should be given to London’s Metropolitan Open Land and I strongly oppose the proposed development of this land.
